Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out is 12:00 Noon.

Checking in earlier or checking out later then schedule time, must be approved by the owner.

 

Deposit/Payment Procedure

A 50% deposit of total cost is due upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

 

Security Deposit

A Security Deposit of US$300.00 (CASH) is required against any damages and is payable upon arrival at the Villa. It will be returned in full on your departure day, pending no damages to the Property.

 

Personal Property

Sea Spray Villa will not be responsible for the loss or damage to personal property during your stay at the Villa. Guest should be responsible for taking care of their belongings. There is a Safe on the premises.

 

Smoking

There is NO smoking inside of the Villa. If you must smoke, please do it on the outside patio attached to the Villa.

 

Parking

There is Car parking right outside the Villa.

 

Quiet Atmosphere

All guest should be respectful of other Guest vacationing at the Villa as well as other residents of the neighborhood. Absolutely No House Parties, events or gathering allowed at the Villa.

 

Accommodation Capacity

The number of persons staying at the Villa, must not exceed the stated amount of your Booking Form.

 

Air Conditioning

All doors and windows must be closed in the room when using the Air Conditioners. This will prevent malfunction of the units.  When leaving the Villa, PLEASE make sure all Air Conditioners are turned off.

 

Villa Maintenance

There may be occasion when it is necessary to enter the Villa to carry out maintenance or repairs as needed. Every effort will be made to schedule any visits at a time convenient to you, to respect your privacy and not interrupt your vacation.

 

Pets

NO Pets are allowed

 

Telephone and Internet Access

There is a Land-Line telephone for Local calls in the Villa for your usage. Local calls are free. International calling Is barred. Wireless internet access is available at no cost.

The Download speed is 600 MBPS.

 

Right to Decline

We reserve the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of final

payment, in circumstances that arise beyond our control. In such instances, alternative arrangements will be made in similar accommodation or the Guest will receive a full refund.

NO refund or liability will apply to a situation where the Guest is requested to vacate due to misbehavior or leaves on their own accord prior to the expiration of the booking.

 

COVID-19

If your vacation has to be cancelled due to restrictions imposed by either your Government

or the Government of Barbados, you will receive your deposit back in full or it can be applied

to a later travel date.
